WHICH SHOE CAN I SEND BACK?

Right now, any ANIMA pair — any style, any colorway, any condition. Soaked, scuffed, falling apart, doesn't matter. We can't take other brands yet, but we're working on it. If it's an ANIMA, it belongs back in the loop.

HOW MUCH DO I GET, AND WHEN?

$20 in account credit for every ANIMA pair you return. It lands in your account the day your shoes reach our warehouse — we'll email you the moment it posts. Stack as many pairs as you want; each one earns its own $20.

DOES IT COST ME ANYTHING TO SEND THEM BACK?

No. Every option is free — a prepaid label or a UPS pickup at your door. You never pay for shipping, and there's no fee to join the program.

CAN I SEND MORE THAN ONE PAIR AT A TIME?

Absolutely. Put as many pairs as you like in one box — each ANIMA pair earns $20, and it all ships on a single label. The credit adds up automatically.

WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENS TO MY OLD SHOES?

They go back to our facility, get shredded into new pellets — the same raw material we build new pairs from. Your old style literally becomes part of the next one. Nothing gets landfilled, nothing gets downcycled into a doormat.

I BOUGHT MINE IN A STORE. CAN I STILL RECYCLE THEM?

Yes. There's no order to look up, so we'll set you up with a free ANIMA account first — that's where your $20 credit lives. Takes about 20 seconds, then you tell us which pair you're sending and you're done.

DO THEY NEED TO BE CLEANED FIRST?

Please don't bother. We're going to shred them — mud, laces, insoles and all. Just pull out anything that isn't the shoe (a foreign object, a stray sock) and send them as-is.

HOW DO I SPEND MY CREDIT?

It's automatic. Your balance sits in your ANIMA account and applies at checkout on your next order — no codes to copy, nothing to remember. Credit doesn't expire, so there's no rush.
